This Access National Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Access National Financial Services B.V.(“Access National”) and the entity or person accessing the Banking Services (“Customer”). This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions set forth below and any supplemental Account Opening Forms.

The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) Customer’s initial access to the Services through online registration or (b) the signing of the first Account Enrollment Form.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Authorized Devices” means secure mobile devices, tablets, or desktop computers that meet the minimum security requirements specified by Access National to access the Banking Services.

1.2 “Content” means financial data, transaction history, uploaded identification documents, or any materials managed within the Services by the Customer.

1.3 “Documentation” means the technical and user-facing materials made available by Access National describing the operation, security protocols, and features of the Banking Services.

1.4 “Services” means Access National’s proprietary digital banking platform, including the web-based portal, hosted financial systems, and downloadable mobile applications.

1.5 “Account Form” means any digital or physical document signed by the Customer identifying the specific banking tier or financial products (e.g., Savings, Business, or Premium) to be made available.

1.6 “Financial Modules” means add-on financial tools made available within the Services, such as Insurance Policies, Investment Portfolios, or Credit Facilities. Modules created by Access National are fully supported; those provided by third-party partners are supported on a "reasonable efforts" basis.

1.7 “User” means the Customer or any authorized individual provisioned by the Customer who has been granted Access Protocols to the Services.

2. License and Use Rights

2.1 Banking License

Access National hereby grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right during the Term to:

  • Access the Services and install the mobile application on Authorized Devices solely for the Customer’s lawful financial purposes in accordance with the Documentation.
  • Utilize the hosted systems to manage accounts, execute transfers, and utilize build-in financial tools under the accessnational.app domain.

2.2 Provisioning and Security

Access National will provide the Customer with the necessary secure Access Protocols including encrypted passwords and multi-factor authentication requirements.

Access Limits: No unauthorized access to the underlying servers or source code of the banking platform is permitted.

Administration: The Customer may designate "Administrators" to manage sub-users and transaction limits.

Responsibility: The Customer remains strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Access Protocols.

3. Usage Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted, Customer shall not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Access National platform.
  • Use the Services to conduct any fraudulent or illegal financial activities.
  • Circumvent any security measures or limit-testing protocols implemented by Access National.
